We are seeking a dynamic and supportive Classroom Coach who will work closely with teachers to improve instructional practices, enhance student outcomes, and foster a culture of continuous learning. The Classroom Coach will serve as a resource, providing personalized coaching, mentorship, and professional development to educators in our school. Duties

• Provide one-on-one coaching sessions with teachers to enhance instructional strategies, classroom management, and student engagement techniques.
• Observe classroom teaching and provide constructive feedback to improve teaching practices.
• Collaborate with teachers to design and implement effective lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments.
• Assist in setting goals for professional growth and provide resources to help teachers achieve those goals.
• Foster a positive and collaborative teaching environment through regular check-ins.
• Stay current with educational best practices and assist teachers in integrating new strategies and technologies into their classrooms.
• Support the development and implementation of school-wide initiatives aimed at improving student achievement.
• Work well in a Christian ministry environment

Requirements

• Pastoral reference and regular church attendance.
• Bachelor?s degree in Education or related field.
• Proven experience as a teacher, with a strong understanding of instructional methods and classroom management.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with teachers, staff, and students.
• Passion for education and a commitment to helping teachers grow professionally.
