Duties
- Assisting in Classroom Management: Helping to manage daily routines, ensuring a safe and organized environment, and supporting children with activities that encourage learning, play, and social development.
- Supporting Lead Teachers: Providing additional support to teachers by assisting with lesson plans, preparing materials, and supervising children during structured activities, free play, and meals.
- Child Supervision: Monitoring children?s behavior, ensuring safety, and providing guidance to help foster positive social interactions, emotional growth, and conflict resolution.
- Adapting to Various Age Groups: Floating between different classrooms means working with diverse age ranges, from infants to preschoolers, and adjusting care approaches to meet the specific needs of each group.
- Providing Individualized Attention: Offering one-on-one support to children who may need extra attention or assistance with specific tasks or behaviors.
- Maintaining a Safe and Clean Environment: Ensuring that rooms and materials are clean and sanitized, promoting good hygiene practices, and maintaining safety standards across all areas.
