Create and manage a budget to oversee the facility’s finances, including developing a budget plan and ensuring its adherence.
Marketing Plan
Develop a marketing strategy to promote awareness of the facility and its services within the community.
Communication with Parents and Teachers
Regularly meet with parents and teachers to keep them updated on their child’s development and progress, discussing strategies to address any learning or behavioral challenges.
