As Kiddom's first dedicated legal counsel, you will use your deep understanding of legal contracts and organizational partnerships to support and protect our rapidly growing business. Reporting to the VP of Strategy and Operations, this individual will collaborate across departments, and ultimately be responsible for :
Responsibilities :
- Drafting & Reviewing Agreements : Creating, reviewing, and refining legal documents, ensuring clarity, accuracy, and alignment with company goals
- Negotiation Support : Collaborating in negotiations, protecting and enforcing the company's interests
- Compliance Assurance : Ensuring Kiddom is set up to comply with relevant commercial, transactional, and privacy laws & regulations
- Risk Assessment : Identifying potential legal risks and proposing practical solutions to mitigate them
- Process Improvement : Developing standard templates and streamlining processes for recurring legal needs to enhance consistency and scalability
This role will interface directly with Counsel representing clients, partners, and vendors. >

160,000 - $200,000 a year
Salary range is dependent on geography, past experience, seniority, and demonstrated role related ability during the interview process.
