Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed new business production goals (we provide warm, quality leads and sales support).Client Engagement : Develop insurance quotes, communicate clearly, and close sales.Referral Development : Encourage and obtain client referrals by asking after every sale.Attention to Detail : Maintain accuracy in all customer interactions and documentation.Strong work Ethic : Show up everyday ready to win.Qualifications :
Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance sales, with a proven track record of personal sales production of at least $35,000 / month in premium.Licensing : Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.Skills :Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.
