  • Role and Responsibilities

  • Achieve Sales Targets : Meet or exceed new business production goals (we provide warm, quality leads and sales support).
  • Client Engagement : Develop insurance quotes, communicate clearly, and close sales.
  • Referral Development : Encourage and obtain client referrals by asking after every sale.
  • Attention to Detail : Maintain accuracy in all customer interactions and documentation.
  • Strong work Ethic : Show up everyday ready to win.
  • Qualifications :

  • Experience : Minimum of 2 years in Property & Casualty insurance sales, with a proven track record of personal sales production of at least $35,000 / month in premium.
  • Licensing : Must hold a valid Property & Casualty Insurance Agent License.
  • Skills :
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency.

  • Professional phone etiquette and strong communication skills.
  • Goal-oriented with a demonstrated ability to meet and exceed targets.
  • Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Genuine desire to positively impact clients' lives by assessing needs and recommending appropriate coverage.
