Nurse Practitioner (RN) - Kidney Care Center - Rockford, IL
$5,000 sign on bonus after successfully completing your 90-day probationary period.
Established Nephrology practice with office in Rockford, IL is looking for a full time Nurse Practitioner to join us! We have an immediate opening in our office for a compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioner who can provide top notch care to our various patients.
Job responsibilities include: CKC clinic, dialysis rounding and inpatient hospital rounding.
Compensation is competitive!
Requirements:
- A minimum of 1 year Nurse Practitioner experience in Internal Medicine/Family Practice preferred
- Licensed/Certified in State of Illinois
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $110,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
