Nurse Practitioner – Nephrology
Join our established Nephrology practice with offices in and around Rockford, IL! We are actively seeking compassionate and driven Nurse Practitioners to provide top-notch care to our patients.

✔ Manage out-patient CKD clinics
✔ Provide care for patients during out-patient dialysis rounding
✔ Conduct some in-patient rounding

What You Need:
📌 Active Nurse Practitioner license in Illinois
