As a Front Desk Receptionist/Scheduler, you will be a point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional customer service and administrative support. Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner.
Check In Patients for appointments-Reviewing demographics, insurance information, etc.
Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or individual.
Coordinate and schedule appointments for patients in both our Albany and Springfield Clinics.
- Reviewing appointment instructions with patients
- Scrubbing schedules for patient data prior to appointments
- Communicating with Providers and Clinical Staff
Requirements:
Proven experience as a receptionist or in a similar role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficient in computer literacy, including Microsoft Office Suite
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
Knowledge of office equipment and phone systems
Epic experience is a plus.
Schedule: Monday to Friday 8:30am-5:00pm.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $20.00 per hour
