Healthcare Heroes Wanted! We are seeking a motivated, enthusiastic Dialysis Patient Care Technician to join our spectacular team!
Patient Care Technician Purpose :
The overarching goal of the Patient Care Technician (PCT) is to deliver quality care to KidneySPA patients, while continuously maximizing the patient experience. The PCT is responsible for direct patient care, which includes the performance of hemodialysis and other clinical techniques and procedures, daily patient care, and observations under the direction, supervision, and guidance of a Registered Nurse. The PCT supports and exudes the mission, vision, and core values of KidneySPA at all times.

Requirements :
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIRED SKILLS
- MUST possess the required KSAs & level of responsibility required to open and / or close the clinic
- Must be able to begin work at 4 AM
- High school graduate or equivalent medical background preferred
- Minimum of one year experience and / or formal dialysis training
- CMS recognized certification as a Dialysis Technician
- CPR certification (BLS)
- Have completed a training program that is approved by the medical director and governing body under the direction of a Registered Nurse focused on the operation of kidney dialysis equipment machines, providing direct patient care, and communication and interpersonal skills, including patient sensitivity training and care of difficult patients.
- Satisfactory professional references.
- Able to adjust to changes and work well under pressure
