Your Role
- Inspire & Educate – Implement an engaging curriculum with the freedom to bring creativity into your classroom.
- Provide Responsive Care – Foster a warm, nurturing environment where every child feels supported.

- Collaborate & Thrive – Work alongside a dedicated team to create an exceptional learning experience.
- HS Diploma/GED
- Experience in a licensed preschool
- 18 years old
- Fluent in Spanish & English (reading, writing, speaking)
- Bachelor’s in Early Childhood Education or a related field, OR CDA Certification
- 3 years in a licensed preschool OR 1–2 years in a Montessori setting
