Job Description for Quality Assurance Liaison:
To ensure adherence to quality standards and best practices for patient care and documentation, focusing on maintaining accurate records, identifying areas for improvement, and collaborating with staff to uphold excellence in service delivery.
JOB DUTIES AND ASSIGNMENTS:
· Review of Policies, Trainings and Qualifications of Staff Members
· Wellness checks on providers
· Assist HR on projects and policy implementation
· Work between Kidology and our affiliates (sponsorships/new program initiatives)
· Review Authorization’s department to ensure Authorization cases are correct and properly inserted and documented
· Review all Therapist audits and create a Quality Improvement Plan to enhance programs and notes.
· Consistently review orientation and training process
· Work with Finance Manager on projects
· Other duties as assigned
Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Social Work, Business or related field. OR Experience as an Occupational, Speech or Physical Therapist
· 1 year of experience of Quality Assurance/Compliance
· Excellent Communication Skills
· Excellent Computer Skills
