Associate Teacher :

Do you have the zeal in your affairs in teaching? Undoubtedly, our Associate teachers are the cornerstone of our teaching space, their presence is supreme in providing selfless service to our lead teachers in nurturing the young minds.

You will be involved in everything from caring for the children and prepping the classroom to brainstorming exciting lesson plans. It is a journey of learning, mentorship, and growth, preparing you to be the next lead teacher. If you sincerely believe you’re passionate with kids, and with willingness to learn, then prepare to impact young lives. Your journey starts here!

Your Role:

• Ensure kiddos are always safe and happy.
• Assist the lead teacher with fun, educational plans.
• Keep our learning spaces cheerful, decorated, and tidy.
• Share mealtime moments with our children.
• Keep updated with state regulations and center policies.
• Attend team meetings and parent conferences.
• Be an advocate for our children's well-being, always reporting concerns.
• Engage in your own professional growth.

Classroom Vibes:

• Create activities that embrace all cultures and learning stages.
• Support a positive environment, indoors and out.
• Manage little disputes with kindness and fairness.

Stay Healthy & Safe:

• Serve yummy, nutritious snacks.
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines.
• Be ready for emergencies and keep everyone informed on safety rules.

Connect with Families & Community:

• Be our center's friendly face to the outside world.
• Foster great relationships with parents.
• Organize and support family-centric events.

Behind the Scenes:

• Help keep our center organized.
• Maintain records and promote a harmonious atmosphere.

You Have:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Child Development Permit or can get one soon.
• Experience in childcare (bonus if you've studied early childhood education).
• The strength to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Superb communication skills and a team spirit.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $16.04 - $18.00 per hour

Expected hours: No more than 40 per week
