- Develop and execute Functional Behavioral Assessments and Positive Support Plans.
- Implement tailored behavior programming for children with Autism and other related diagnoses.
- Collaborate with staff and families to support skills acquisition and behavior reduction objectives.
- Customize programming to meet individual needs and ensure effective interventions.
- Foster a supportive environment for both staff and families.
- Proficiency in writing Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Ability to create and implement Positive Support Plans.
- Strong understanding of behavior programming for children with Autism and related conditions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Collaborative mindset and commitment to working with families and staff.
- Must possess BCBA certification.
- Experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or similar conditions is essential.
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
