Kids and Family is actively seeking passionate and skilled Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs) to join our dedicated team! We specialize in providing exceptional behavioral services to children during their early developmental and educational years.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with staff and families to facilitate skills acquisition and implement behavior reduction strategies.
• Develop and execute Functional Behavioral Assessments and Positive Support Plans tailored to the needs of children with Autism or similar diagnoses.
• Implement effective behavior programming and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.

• Proficient in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments.
• Strong ability to develop Positive Support Plans.

Qualifications

• BCBA certification is required.
