- Collaborate with staff and families to facilitate skills acquisition and implement behavior reduction strategies.
- Develop and execute Functional Behavioral Assessments and Positive Support Plans tailored to the needs of children with Autism or similar diagnoses.
- Implement effective behavior programming and monitor progress to ensure optimal outcomes.
- Proficient in conducting Functional Behavioral Assessments.
- Strong ability to develop Positive Support Plans.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with staff and families.
- Compassionate and patient approach when working with children.
- BCBA certification is required.
- Preferred experience working with children diagnosed with Autism or related conditions.
- A Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis or a closely related field is necessary.
