This is a full-time position that requires 8-hour shifts during the center's operational hours from 7 a.m. to 6 p.m., Monday through Friday, working with toddlers aged 2 years. The salary is $13 -15 per hour, commensurate with experience and qualifications. This role is onsite at our center located at 121 North Pine Hills Rd., Orlando, FL 32811

What You’ll Do:
- Coordinate and implement educational curriculum by developing classroom activities based on developmentally appropriate practices and early learning standards
- Lead by example and encourage success through modeling and coaching
- Plan individual and group age-appropriate activities to engage children and encourage social, cognitive, and emotional growth
- Follow all facility policies and state regulations
- Maintain a personal, professional development plan to ensure continuous quality improvement
- High School Diploma or GED
- Fl DCF 45 hours required
- CDA highly preferred

- Pass the DCF background check
- At least 1 year of professional early childhood training/experience
- Willing to meet all necessary certifications and licensing
