Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is looking for an amazing Orthodontic Treatment Coordinator to join our awesome Practice Support team!

Kids Care Dental & Orthodontics is a northern California based practice that offers comprehensive services including preventive dental care, orthodontics and oral surgery for every gap-toothed, mischievous, silly, giggly smile. Position Summary
Kids Care Dental is seeking a Treatment Coordinator who is driven and who will be an advocate for our new patients seeking to start orthodontic treatment, is great at multitasking, steer our patients towards the treatment they need and offer them financial guidance.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- A self-starter with superb organizational skills, attention to detail, accurate and neat, with the ability to multitask
- An outstanding communicator with excellent verbal and written skills to explain treatment plans and discuss financial arrangements as needed with patients
- A team player who can work independently, is proactive, reliable, punctual, able to prioritize tasks and manage time
- Works well in a fast-paced environment, supports the office culture, and stays strong under pressure
- Learns quickly and has a strong desire to grow professionally in the orthodontic field
- Coordinate treatments, financial contracts and financial arrangements
- Schedule and verify appointments for patients in person or on the telephone
- Prepare letters and correspondences as needed
- Obtain and review patient information
- Accurately maintain patient information in Dentrix
- Maintain full schedules and an efficient office schedule flow
- Answer phones, take messages, perform call backs and appropriately route calls
- Contribute to marketing efforts and regular team meetings
- Maintain confidentiality of business and patient information
