What are the responsibilities and job description for the Director of Rehab position at Kids' Choice Pediatric Rehab?
Kids Choice Pediatric Rehab & Therapy Center is seeking to hire an energetic and passionate Director of Rehab to join our team! This is a year round, full time position based in our pediatric outpatient clinic and requires a valid therapy license.
Job responsibilities:
- Supervise staff in our clinic and at outside contracts
- Schedule staff at outside clinics
- Act as liaison between outside contracts and Kids Choice
- Interviewing, onboarding, training of new staff
- Report to the Business Director
Qualifications and Experience:
- Pediatric experience is preferred
- Experience in management is preferred
- Must be licensed therapist or assistant in Ohio
