Summary
The Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) will provide behavior analysis services to children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities. This includes conducting assessments, developing treatment plans, implementing interventions, and monitoring progress.
Responsibilities
- Conduct assessments and develop treatment plans tailored to each client's specific needs.
- Implement evidence-based interventions and monitor progress to ensure effective treatment.
- Supervise and train staff on behavior analysis principles and techniques.
- Collaborate with other professionals to provide comprehensive care, including physicians, therapists, educators, and other experts.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation of client assessments, treatment plans, interventions, and progress.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest research and practices in behavior analysis through professional development activities, such as conferences and workshops.
Qualifications
- Master's degree in behavior analysis or a related field.
- Board certification as a BCBA by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board.
- At least 3 years of experience providing behavior analysis services, preferably working with children and adults with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental disabilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
