Fun Attendant at Kids and Coffee

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Kids Club Attendant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing a safe, engaging, and enjoyable environment for children while their parents participate in resort activities. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working with children and possess strong customer service skills to ensure a positive experience for families.

Duties

• Supervise and engage children in various activities, ensuring their safety and well-being at all times.
• Plan and implement fun and educational programs that cater to different age groups.
• Manage conflicts effectively among children, promoting positive interactions and resolutions.
• Assist with cash handling for any events or activities that require payment processing.
• Provide excellent customer service to parents, addressing any concerns or inquiries they may have.
• Collaborate with other staff members to coordinate events and activities within the Kids Club.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the Kids Club area, ensuring it is welcoming for all guests.
• Support food service operations during events as needed.

Qualifications

• Previous experience working with children is highly desirable.
• Strong conflict management skills to handle various situations effectively.
• Background in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
• Experience in events management or food service is a plus.
• Must be able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays as needed.
