About the Role:
As an On-Call Teacher’s Aide, you’ll play an essential part in ensuring continuity of care and support for our children, helping to create a warm and engaging environment at any center that needs assistance. This position offers flexibility and a variety of experiences at different locations while supporting children’s development and enhancing the classroom environment.

- BRAINTREE
- CANTON
- MARINA BAY
- RANDOLPH
- WALPOLE NORTH
- WALPOLE SOUTH
- WEST QUINCY

Responsibilities:
- Support the lead teachers in fostering a nurturing, safe, and engaging learning environment.
- Assist in implementing classroom activities and supporting children’s emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Help maintain a healthy, organized classroom and assist with various daily tasks.
- Build positive relationships with children, staff, and families.
Qualifications:
- Documented experience working with young children.
- EEC Teacher qualified, preferred.
- Flexible and willing to work at multiple locations across our centers.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to adapt quickly and work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Clear background checks and up-to-date health assessments.
