- Manage the day-to-day operations of the center with a business mindset – making decisions for the betterment of the child care center.
- Inspire and support the professional development of your staff to ensure success.
- Collaborate with other Kids & Company departments, including finance, learning environments, marketing, customer service and human resources.

- Bachelor’s degree in early childhood education or a related field is preferred. We will consider applicants with the following academic qualifications;
- Associate degree / CDA
- Director certified I / II in the state of Massachusetts.
- A minimum of two years of center leadership experience in a childcare program is preferred.
Salary : $50,000
