Key Responsibilities :

Lead and Inspire : Mentor and develop staff across multiple centers, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence. Empower directors and educators to reach their full potential.

Business Performance : Oversee the business portfolio, pinpoint sales opportunities, and make strategic decisions to enhance revenue, boost families / staff retention, and attract new families.

Licensing and Compliance : Ensure all childcare locations comply with relevant regulations and build strong relationships with licensors.

Drive Quality & Growth : Ensure that each center maintains our high standards for early childhood education, creating a consistent and exceptional experience for families.

Strategic Oversight : Make informed business decisions that enhance center success and community impact.

Foster a Positive Workplace : Cultivate an inclusive environment that welcomes and supports staff, children, and families alike.

Regional Travel : Regular visits to centers to strengthen relationships and ensure operational excellence.

Collaborate Across Departments : Work closely with HR, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Service to create a cohesive, supportive network.

What We’re Looking For :

Multi-unit Leadership : Minimum of two years multi-unit management experience

Early Childhood Experience : Minimum two years’ experience in the Early Childhood Education field.

Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education preferred; an Associate’s Degree or relevant early childhood credentials will also be considered.

Interpersonal Skills : Strong communication, leadership and problem-solving abilities.

Background Checks : Ability to complete state and company background checks (including fingerprinting) and meet the state regulations for the role.
