What are the responsibilities and job description for the Preschool Teacher position at KIDS CONNECTION LEARNING CENTER?
Seeking an experienced and compassionate lead preschool teacher for established childcare center. We need a strong and consistent presence in the classroom to build a strong rapport with our children and give them the care they deserve. We do a full curriculum and look to provide high quality care for our students. Teachers will be provided with everything they need to create a true classroom environment.
DCF 45 hours required to apply, CDA preferred. Pay based on credentials and experience.
Responsibilities
- Utilize preschool experience and Child Development Associate Certification to create engaging and educational lesson plans.
- Implement age-appropriate activities to promote cognitive, social, and emotional development.
- Provide a safe and nurturing environment for young children to learn and grow.
- Collaborate with parents and caregivers to support each child's individual needs.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.
- Foster a love for learning through play-based and hands-on experiences.
