We have the job for you! Smile Straight Orthodontics is offering a full-time opportunity as a Sterile Tech at our office. We are an upbeat team looking for an individual who has a passion for helping others and wants to make a positive difference in their community.
JOB TYPE: Full-time
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday
PAY: Starting pay $14
MONTHLY BONUS: up to $300 additional per month
EXPERIENCE: 1 years in customer service

SUMMARY OF ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Prepare and sterilize instruments and equipment
- Clean and disinfect rooms after each patient
- Work chair-side with dentists, perform patient care, and general laboratory duties
- Take and process dental radiographs (x-rays)
- Teach patients appropriate oral hygiene strategies to maintain oral health (e.g., tooth brushing, flossing, and nutritional counseling)
- Help patients feel comfortable before, during, and after dental treatment
- Provide patients with instructions for oral care following dental treatment procedures
