WHAT YOU'LL LEARN
Students in the Dental Assisting program will learn from local onsite Doctors with real-world experience as dental assistants. You will learn what all is needed for dental practices to run effectively, so that you can effectively prepare patient rooms, sterilize equipment after appointments, run specialize technology like x-ray equipment, manage patient files, and assist during dental procedures.
You’ll study in a partnered practice building skills in:
- Radiography
- Dental materials
- Infection control
- Chairside assisting
- General dentistry
