LEADERSHIP POSITIONS
Kids First Sports Center is the largest privately owned children’s sports facility in the country
and we are hiring! Our preschool gymnastics program, Tumble Bees, is currently searching for a
Department Leader to join our team. We are looking for like minded individuals with experience in
leadership who can confidently lead a staff of up to 60 individuals. Many of these individuals will be
employed for the first time under a new leader; patience, communication, and vision are a must.
The Tumble Bees program offers programming for students as young as 6 weeks through kindergarten. We pride ourselves on being the leader of the industry in combining gross motor movement with gymnastics fundamentals, developmentally appropriate and cutting edge lesson planning, and nurturing the development of the whole child.
Department Leader Role
- Lead and manage a team of up to 60 employees to foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
- Hire, train, and develop staff to ensure high-quality program delivery.
- Create innovative program curriculum that aligns with our mission; to do good things for kids.
- Drive new clients and nurture existing client relationships to ensure program growth and satisfaction.
- Maintain a flexible schedule to include evenings and weekends to meet program needs.
Professional Profile
- Proven leadership experience in a similar role, preferably within an education or sports setting for kids.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to inspire both staff and students.
- Creative problem-solving skills
- Has experience with curriculum development
- Highly organized
- Visionary; has the ability to think outside the box and see a project through completion
Schedule
Full Time Salary Position; weekly schedule to include a combination of daytime, evenings and weekends
