Duties
- Manage day-to-day operations of the swim school, including scheduling classes and staffing.
- Develop and implement swim programs that cater to various skill levels and age groups.
- Train and mentor swim instructors to ensure high-quality instruction and safety standards.
- Monitor student progress and provide feedback to parents regarding their children's development.
- Maintain a safe environment by enforcing safety protocols and overseeing lifeguard operations.
- Collaborate with local health clubs or gyms to promote swim programs and events.
- Organize special events, competitions, or workshops to enhance student engagement.
- Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations related to aquatic facilities.
Skills
- Strong background in sports coaching, particularly in swimming or martial arts such as Judo or Karate.
- Experience working with students in an educational or recreational setting.
- Ability to educate students effectively while fostering a supportive environment.
- Certification as a Lifeguard is preferred but not mandatory.
- Excellent communication skills to interact with students, parents, and staff.
