Job Overview:
As a Scheduling Coordinator at Kids First you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our clinic's scheduling processes. This is a full-time position requiring one evening per week, from 11:00 am - 7:00 pm and one Sunday per month
Duties and Responsibilities:
Managing incoming phone calls and email.
Coordinating appointments for general services.
Maintaining therapists' schedules.
Facilitating communication between parents and therapists.
Delivering high-quality customer service with each interaction.
Providing assistance with receptionist responsibilities as necessary.
Other duties assigned depending on business needs.
