What are the responsibilities and job description for the Early Intervention Teacher position at Kids For the Future Rogers/KidsCorp?
We are looking for dynamic individuals who want to work with children who receive Physical, Occupational, Speech Therapies, Nursing and Developmental Education.

Our facilities are Early Intervention Day Treatment centers serving all of NWA with locations in Rogers, Johnson and Decatur.
Responsibilities:
- Implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Create a positive and engaging learning environment for students
- Utilize effective classroom management techniques to ensure a productive learning atmosphere
- Provide individualized instruction to students with developmental disabilities, including those on the autism spectrum
- Collaborate with other teachers and support staff to meet the needs of students
- Incorporate early intervention strategies into daily lessons
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to parents and caregivers
-Assist children with Activities of Daily Living
-Maintain a clean, orderly classroom and environment.
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, behavior, and academic performance
Requirements:
- High School Degree
- Experience working with students, particularly those with developmental disabilities or autism is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to develop and implement engaging lesson plans that cater to diverse learning styles
- Experience in daycare or early childhood education is required.
