What are the responsibilities and job description for the Clinical Behavior Analyst (Board Certified Behavioral Analyst) position at Kids For The Future Rogers?
Kids for the Future Rogers is looking for a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) to serve our children with a diagnosis of Autism in our Early Intervention Day Treament (EIDT) setting. This individual would report to the Lead BCBA.
This is a Monday-Friday 7:30am-4:00pm position and free childcare
is available.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct behavioral assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for clients with autism and other developmental disabilities
- Implement evidence-based behavioral interventions and strategies to address challenging behaviors and promote skill development
- Provide direct behavior therapy services to clients in the EIDT setting..
- Collect and analyze data to monitor progress and make data-driven decisions regarding treatment plans
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of professionals, including parents, teachers, and other therapists, to ensure coordinated care and consistent implementation of treatment goals
- Provide training and support to parents and caregivers on implementing behavior management strategies
Supervise Registered Behavioral Technicians and Line Therapists

- Board Certification as a Behavior Analyst (BCBA)
- Experience in providing behavioral therapy services to individuals with autism or other developmental disabilities
- Strong knowledge of applied behavior analysis principles and techniques
- Familiarity with medical terminology related to behavioral health
- Proficiency in conducting diagnostic evaluations and developing treatment plans
- Ability to collect, analyze, and interpret data to inform treatment decisions
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to work effectively with individuals with autism and their families
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
