The Qualified Behavioral Health Provider (QBHP) works closely with the Licensed Clinician (LC) / Mental Health Professionals (MHP) in client monitoring and coordination of mental health services. Monitors the assessment, treatment planning process and follow up for each client, serves as an advocate and liaison for and on behalf of client’s rights and benefits. The QBHP will also use the treatment plan to address and assist with functional needs through home and community based services (HCBS).
