Our preschool is now seeking a wonderfully passionate and motivated Assistant Teacher who enjoys and has experience with infants and toddlers or 2-3 year old's. This position starts at $15/hour. Skills/Requirements
- Must have a High School diploma or GED; and at least one (1) year of experience working in a child care facility.
- Must have the 40-45 hours DCF Childcare Licensing training (Part 1, Part 2, and Early Literacy for Children Age Birth Through Three) and must have passed the exams.
- Associate or Bachelor's Degree in Early Childhood Education.
- Two (2) or more years of experience working with infants through pre-kindergarten in a child care facility.
- Advanced training in CPR, First Aid, Child Abuse and/or Child Development.
