Kids Incorporated Learning Centers is looking to hire a Center Director at our Chandler location.
Job Summary
Assist the Director in the daily operation of the center by positively supporting and mentoring our team of Teachers. Responsibilities would include but are not limited to following AZDHS childcare licensing rules & regulations, adhering to NAC standards, using Procare, writing DES contracts & managing authorizations/stop dates & billing, managing staff schedules and breaks, payroll, ordering, greeting parents, answering the phone, providing assistance to the teaching staff, giving tours & enrolling new families.
Qualifications:
- Positive & Enthusiastic Attitude
- Caring & Motivating leadership and customer service skills
- Min 1 year childcare Assistant Director experience at a larger center
- Must possess valid Fingerprint Clearance Card, CPR and First Aid certifications, Food Manager Card
- High School Diploma or GED
- Negative Tb test within last 12 months
- Degree in Early Childhood or closely related field strongly preferred
