We are currently looking for an engaged, fun-loving, dynamic part-time Early Preschool Teacher to become part of our team!

Who we are : Kids Junction is a family owned, state licensed preschool and daycare center on the west side of Madison. Our mission is to build mind, body, and Christian character in partnership with families to bring out the best in each child. Through our partnership with families, we desire to accomplish educational and training goals with their child(ren) through a rich preschool / childcare experience.

We are conveniently located inside the Princeton Club on Madison's west side. Our location gives prime access to bus lines, the belt line, and bike trails. Our beltline access connects most nearby neighborhoods and towns in 10-15 minutes! Madison consistently ranks among the best in the nation for almost everything including fantastic bike trails, safe neighborhoods, great healthcare, excellent education, amazing music venues and diverse restaurants.

About the job : The primary responsibilities of our early preschool teachers are to teach the provided curriculum to our children who are ages 1-2 years old through play, music, language repetition, and hands-on activities. Teachers may provide supervision outside the classroom by utilizing our playgrounds and designated areas within the Princeton club. Teachers will also assist with meals and snacks throughout the day. Pay rate is based on education, experience, and Registry Level.

Preferred Skills and Competencies :

  • Have a strong passion and calling to impact children's lives and work to see them grow / develop
  • Have the Infant / Toddler, Assistant Teacher and Lead Teacher course or be willing to complete necessary coursework
  • Have a 2-year degree (preferred) in Early Childhood
  • Have experience working the fields of early childhood or education
  • Be age 18 years or older
