Duties:
- Develop and implement lesson plans that fulfill the requirements of the curriculum
- Teach students in a classroom setting, providing instruction in various subjects such as math, literacy education, and childhood development
- Utilize effective teaching strategies to engage students and promote a positive learning environment
- Assess student performance and provide feedback to students, parents, and administration
- Collaborate with other teachers and staff to create a comprehensive educational program
- Provide individualized instruction to students as needed
- Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and assessments
Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of childhood development principles and educational best practices
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to effectively manage a classroom and maintain discipline
- Experience in lesson planning and curriculum development
- Familiarity with education administration processes and procedures
