Kids Magic Lab is an innovative indoor play space tailored for children aged 9 months to 8 years. It provides an environment that nurtures children’s growth and development through unstructured educational play. Responsibilities:
- Facilitate engaging, hands-on sessions that inspire students to explore Science and STEM concepts while fostering critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Participate in professional development, including paid training sessions and staff meetings
- Implement and adapt lesson plans to maintain high levels of student engagement and excitement.
- Provide individualized support to students, guiding them through projects and tailoring learning experiences to meet their needs.
- Ensure a clean and organized classroom environment, promoting a positive and disciplined atmosphere during sessions.
- Based on the candidate's experience, they will be assigned either the role of Lead Teacher or Teacher's Assistant.
Requirement:
- Prior experience working with children in a classroom, instructional, or similar setting is highly valued.
- Passion for education: You have a genuine enthusiasm for guiding and inspiring young learners.
- Excellent communication skills: You can effectively connect with children and their families, conveying concepts clearly both verbally and in writing.
- The hourly rate ranges from $21 to $26, based on your knowledge, skills, and experience.
- Summer Camp is a 8-week program from June 24 to August 15. Camp hours is from 9am to 4pm. Candidate must be available for 2 weeks or more.
