Kids Ninja Warrior is looking for 1 person for the Program Director focused on customer satisfaction and student growth. We teach:
- Martial Arts (Karate, Kenpo, Judo, Jui Jitsu)
- Ninja Obstacle Course

- MUST have a love of teaching children Martial Arts
- Must have a clean criminal background and pass a background screening.
- Must be over the age of 18.
- Must have experience working with children
- Must have reliable transportation.
- Must be enthusiastic and have a positive attitude for success! :)
- Must own a smartphone or computer for regular text and email communication.
This awesome job will have up to 30 per week starting at $20.00 per hour DOE and up. We also have several opportunities each year to earn Bonuses and Commissions.

Responsibilities
- Instruct and coach children in various martial arts disciplines, ensuring a safe and engaging learning environment.
- Develop and implement lesson plans tailored to different age groups and skill levels.
- Monitor and assess students' progress, providing constructive feedback to enhance their skills.
- Foster a positive atmosphere that encourages teamwork, discipline, and respect.
- Collaborate with parents and guardians to discuss student development and address any concerns.
- Organize and oversee martial arts events and competitions, promoting participation and enthusiasm.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $34.57 per hour
