Pre-K Teacher

Kids Of Valor Academy in Spring, TX is looking for one pre-k teacher to join our team. We are located on 17102 Theiss Mail Route. Our ideal candidate is self-driven, ambitious, and hard-working.

Responsibilities

*Provide attentive care and supervision to children aged 3-5 in a Pre-K childcare setting. *Ensure the safety and well-being of all children under your care. *Follow a structured daily routine that includes snack time, rest time, playtime, and learning activities. *Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment conducive to learning and exploration. *Communicate effectively with parents and guardians regarding their child’s progress, behavior, and any concerns that may arise. *Collaborate with fellow staff members to ensure consistency in care and programming. *Implement positive discipline techniques to promote appropriate behavior and social skills development.

Qualifications

*High school diploma or equivalent; some positions may require a degree in early childhood education or a related field. *Previous experience working with young children, preferably in a childcare or educational setting. *Knowledge of child development principles and practices. *Strong communication and interpersonal skills. *Patience, empathy, and a genuine love for working with children. *CPR and first aid certification may be required. *Willingness to undergo background checks and other screening processes.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $13.00/hour.
