What are the responsibilities and job description for the Autism Center Scheduling Coordinator position at Kids on the Move?
Position Summary:
The Autism Scheduling Coordinator provides support to the Clinical and Admin teams under the direction of the Autism Center Scheduling Manager with various functions including, but not limited to: arranging and maintaining client and employee schedules, assisting with daily schedule changes for absent clients and staff, communicating with staff and clients about schedules and other concerns, maintaining systems information, and other tasks as assigned.
Reports to: Autism Center Scheduling Manager
Job Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in MS Word and Excel
- One (1) year experience in record keeping systems, secretarial field, or working in a clinical or healthcare office setting
- 1 years scheduling appointments in a clinical/healthcare office setting highly preferred
- Understanding of HIPAA guidelines
Job Responsibilities:
General Duties
- With support from the Scheduling Manager, take lead on the department's efforts to schedule clients and staff with efficiency, maximize opportunities for hours, and meet department goals around scheduling
- 36-40 hours/week expected--must be present at the Orem office during scheduled hours. 10:30-6:30 schedule everyday.
- Coordinate all client and staff schedules for daily adjustments
Additional job tasks as assigned by Supervisor, including cross-training with other employees to support department in employee absences
