Your role as a Autism Center Scheduling Manager
As the Autism Center Scheduling Manager at Kids On The Move, you will play a vital role in supporting both the Clinical and Administrative teams while directly managing the Scheduling Team under the guidance of the Autism Center Clinical Director. Your responsibilities will encompass a variety of crucial functions, including developing client and staff schedules for new hires and clients, effectively communicating onboarding processes and timelines to new families, and crafting biannual schedules for all clients and staff. You will also focus on driving client cancellation metrics and ensuring departmental service goals are met, all while creating and maintaining essential data systems to enhance operational efficiency. Your organizational prowess and commitment to empathetic service will be key in facilitating a smooth and supportive environment for both clients and staff, making this position both impactful and rewarding.
