As a Behavior Technician at Kids on the Move, you will be an essential part of our team, supporting children across various scheduling blocks, from morning through afternoon, to ensure continuity and effectiveness in their therapy. Your observations and communication with the BCBA supervisor are crucial in refining treatment plans and enhancing their impact. Your availability at all scheduling blocks helps us ensure the highest level of support across the day.

BT Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain certification with KOTM support)
- 1 years of experience in a related field (preferred but not required)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate session records
- Ability to implement individualized ABA therapy treatment plans with consistency
- Skilled in building trust and communication with children, families, and the team
- Maintain professional conduct and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times
- Block Schedules Available:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM – 11:30 AM
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 12:00 PM – 3:00 PM
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 3:30 PM – 7:00 PM
- Mileage and cell phone reimbursement
- Continuous training and support, including recertification reimbursement
