As a Behavioral Tech in the morning scheduling block, you will provide crucial care during the start of each child's day, supporting them in their early morning routines and ensuring they are ready to engage in therapy and the day! You will collaborate closely with your BCBA supervisor, providing essential feedback on treatment plans and nurturing strong relationships with families. The morning scheduling block allows you to have a positive impact early in the day, helping children begin their journey toward lasting, meaningful change.
BT Qualifications and Responsibilities:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- RBT Certification (or eligibility to obtain certification with KOTM support)
- 1 years of experience in a related field (preferred but not required)
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to maintain accurate session records
- Ability to implement individualized ABA therapy treatment plans with consistency
- Skilled in building trust and communication with children, families, and the team
- Maintain professional conduct and adhere to ethical guidelines at all times
BT Schedule and Benefits:
Flexible scheduling with morning scheduling blocks, which are essential for providing early care:
- Monday, Wednesday, Friday: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
- Tuesday, Thursday: 8:30 AM - 11:30 AM
