Responsibilities
- Assist in the daily care and supervision of children in a daycare setting.

- Maintain a clean and safe environment for all children.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and daily activities.
- Provide first aid when necessary and ensure all safety protocols are followed.
- Collaborate with other staff members to create a cohesive team atmosphere.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed, particularly for infants or younger children.
- Document children's progress and any incidents that occur during care.
Requirements
- Experience working with children in a daycare, preschool, or similar setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles is essential.
- Skills in behavior management to effectively support children's social interactions.
- First aid certification is preferred; willingness to obtain certification if not currently held.
- Experience with special education or caring for children with specific needs is a plus.
- Familiarity with infant care practices is beneficial for those working with younger age groups.
- Previous experience in babysitting or nannying roles will be considered an asset.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
