Early Head Start Floater Requirements & Responsibilities:
- High School Diploma required
- Ability to adapt to different classrooms and age groups, providing support where needed
- Assist teachers in implementing learning activities and providing hands-on care
- Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment
- Engage in meaningful interactions with children, encouraging exploration and development
- Communicate with parents and guardians, sharing updates on their child’s progress
- Pass an FBI background check (upon hire and every five years) and a TB test upon hire
Early Head Start Floater Benefits & Schedule:

- Salary: $29,000 - $31,000, based on experience
