Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that align with early childhood education standards.
- Provide attentive care and supervision to children in a safe and engaging environment.
- Foster positive relationships with children, encouraging their social skills and emotional development.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the classroom and play areas.
- Support children with special needs or developmental delays through tailored educational strategies.

Qualifications
- Proven experience in babysitting, childcare, or as an early childhood educator is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices related to caregiving and daycare settings.
- Experience working with infants and young children is highly desirable.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, to effectively interact with children, parents, and colleagues.
