- Develop treatment plans and provide evidence-based therapy, using play, to children in both our clinic and in community settings.
- Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, educators, and family members to treat the “whole child” and not just their symptoms.
- Document treatments, evaluations and plan of care using professional jargon that supports skilled therapeutic necessity in a concise and timely manner.
- Submit accurate billing charges in a timely manner.
- Uphold the reputation of the company by maintaining a professional demeanor and provide quality care to all clients.
- Set and work towards meeting personal and clinic goals.
- Contribute to a team-oriented environment, learning from and sharing expertise and strategies with colleagues.
- Genuine promotion of the company in the community.
