Job Summary
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infantl Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in early childhood education and a genuine love for working with young children. As a Infant Teacher, you will create a nurturing and stimulating environment that fosters the social, emotional, and cognitive development of preschool-aged children. You will be responsible for planning and implementing engaging educational activities while ensuring the safety and well-being of all students.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that promote learning through play and exploration.
- Foster a positive classroom environment that encourages curiosity, creativity, and respect among students.
- Manage classroom behavior effectively to maintain a conducive learning atmosphere.
- Provide individualized support to children with diverse needs, including those with disabilities.
- Communicate regularly with parents about their child's progress and development.
- Observe and assess children's development to tailor educational approaches accordingly.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance the overall preschool program and share best practices.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Early Childhood Education or related field is preferred; relevant experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
- Experience working with children in a preschool setting is highly desirable.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices.
- Strong classroom management skills to create an effective learning environment.
- Ability to work collaboratively with staff, parents, and the community.
- Experience in toddler care or babysitting is a plus.
- Familiarity with educational frameworks and standards for preschool education is beneficial.
- A nurturing attitude towards children and a commitment to their growth and well-being.
