- Establish a safe, healthy, and welcoming preschool setting and oversee programs and activities to engage and educate young children
- Develop open lines of communication with staff, parents, and children—and conduct one-on-one meetings with parents to discuss each child's progress
- Build and support a qualified team of preschool educators to promote our superior reputation

Leadership and Managing Performance
- Upholds company standards and set the example by consistently modeling professional leadership, management and instructional skills while interacting with others. Demonstrates consistency in words and actions.
- Clearly communicates preschool standards, guidelines, and preschool policies to all staff and stress their importance to the organization.
- Ability to train staff and oversee the completion of performance appraisals, supervise the development of individualized goals for staff’s professional growth and development, as well as supervise the monitoring and evaluation of goal accomplishment.
- Maintain exceptional relationships with enrolled families and Team Members through excellent verbal and written communication and positive interactions.
- Oversee all aspects of daily operations including enrollment, curriculum, staffing, sales, finance and facility maintenance.
- Recruit, train, develop and inspire top talent, while ensuring staff complies with federal and state laws.
- Achieve revenue goals by conducting tours and converting families into new enrollments.
- Performs well in an empowerment culture that fosters accountability, collaboration, strategic alertness and a drive for results.

Education and Curriculum Ensures successful implementation of approved preschool curriculum by providing and maintaining quality educational programs
- Maintains compliance with accreditation and state licensing requirements as well as all applicable state and federal laws, and preschool policies and procedures
- Extensive knowledge and understanding Education Standards and maintaining the school at a level exceeding these standards
- Knowledge and experience in assessment and curriculum implementation
- Practice effective counseling and advising of students and parents while fostering a safe learning environment
- Emphasizing student’s achievement and create an environment that nurtures and promotes children’s development and well-being
- Knowledge and experience in effective communication protocols
- Ensures environment maintains safe, organized, and meeting the high-quality standards of Kids ‘R’ Kids
- Knowledge and experience in team processes for advancing learning outcomes
- Ability to manage a minimum staff of 25 to 30 employees
Financial Management Manages preschool to achieve and exceed planned financial and enrollment targets
- Operates within budget
- Reviews budgets and attains budgeted objectives
- Continually seeks ways to manage and reduce expenses without sacrificing quality or service; balances profitability with priorities related to staff and our children and families
- Strong attention to detail and covers all information effectively and systematically
- Can interact internally with all levels of the organization, providing leadership, management and vision
- Can interact externally with currently enrolled families and prospective parents, enrichment activities providers and vendors
