Director

Kids ‘R’ Kids has an opportunity for a center Director to join our team. The center director responsible for the overall operation of the Learning Academy. Responsibilities include fiscal oversight, enrollment, staff management, quality assurance and curriculum implementation. The right candidate will thrive in a team environment and have love for serving staff, families, and young children. Must be able to pass a Criminal Records Check and be willing to obtain required State and Kids ‘R’ Kids training.

Kids R' Kids Experience is REQUIRED.

As a Director, you will be tasked with motivating and engaging with staff, maintaining a professional work environment, upholding our high standards of operation, and assuring families that their children are receiving excellence in childcare.

To be successful, you should possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills as well as love for children. Ultimately, a top-notch Director will determine the needs of the preschool, protect the health and safety of children, and work closely with and report to the Owners.

Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Help manage all center operations including staffing, administration, financial and facilities
• Cultivate strong relationships with our children and families, boost family involvement and form positive interactions
• Motivate, inspire, guide, and support a team of educators
• Develop and enhance curriculum and educational program
• Proactively pursue the professional development of staff and self
• Encourage enrollment and develop creative ideas for bringing families into the program
• Demonstrate strong knowledge of financial reporting system in coordination with tuition collection

• Preschool Leadership: 2 years (Required)
• Executive Education Administrators: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• CPR Certification or willing to obtain upon hire (Required)
