Job Summary
We are seeking dedicated and passionate Preschool Teachers to join our team. This role primarily involves coordinating each child’s personal care, learning activities, and positive guidance, and ensuring the overall well-being of each child in the classroom.
Responsibilities
- Transitions and moves through the classroom schedule each day providing predictable routines and stability for the children.
- Implements the curriculum activities provided by Curriculum Coordinator that promote the children’s social, emotional, physical, and cognitive development.
- Helps children learn to think creatively, to solve problems independently, and to respect themselves and others.
- Recognizes and considers the background, special needs, interests, learning style, and pace of each child.
- Maintains each child's personal care needs.
Experience
- Previous experience working in a preschool or daycare setting is preferred.
- Knowledge of childhood development principles and practices is essential.
- Familiarity with behavior management techniques specific to young children is advantageous.
